The ELECFREAKS Retro Arcade is an all-in-one arcade-style game controller that turns a BBC micro:bit into a programmable retro gaming console. Featuring a classic joystick, six control buttons, and a built-in buzzer, it provides an authentic arcade-style gaming experience while supporting hands-on learning and game development.

The micro:bit is inserted directly into the top-mounted edge connector, requiring no soldering or additional wiring. Games are created using MakeCode Arcade, allowing users to design and play custom platform games, maze games, and reaction-based games directly on the micro:bit’s LED display.

With its compact and durable enclosure, the ELECFREAKS Retro Arcade is well suited for use in classrooms, workshops, makerspaces, and home learning environments. It is fully compatible with micro:bit V1 and V2.
