6. Data Retention

  • Orders: We keep purchase records for as long as required by Omani tax and commercial laws (typically 5–10 years).
  • Comments: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
  • User Profiles: For registered users, we store the personal info provided in their profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their info at any time (except their username).

7. Security & Data Breach

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we are committed to notifying you and the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) within 72 hours as per Omani law.
