Return&Refund

Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery in accordance with Omani Consumer Protection Law.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product:

• Is defective, damaged, or faulty
• Is not as described or incorrect
• Does not function as intended (not due to misuse)

The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Used, damaged, or misused products
• Opened items without defects
• Custom or special-order items
• Items with broken seals (unless defective)

Return Shipping

• If the issue is due to our error or a defect, we cover return shipping
• Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Refunds

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
• Processing time: within 14 business days after inspection
