Smart Cutebot Pro

The ELECFREAKS micro:bit Smart Cutebot Pro Robot Car Kit is a programmable robot for STEAM education, equipped with a $4\text{-way}$ infrared line-following sensor, encoder motors, a rainbow LED light, an ultrasonic distance sensor, and much more. With the new encoder motors, the Cutebot Pro offers the flexibility to control the distance the robot travels and more accurately control the turning radius. The Cutebot Pro also offers various expansion interfaces for additional hardware to stimulate children’s creativity.

Features Closed-loop motor for more precise driving

Cutebot Pro comes with closed-loop (encoder) motors. Compared to the standard motors on the regular Cutebot, closed-loop motors have sensors that provide feedback to regulate the input. This allows for more precise positioning and turning than with a standard DC motor. 4 line-following sensors to recognize more complex lines

Cutebot Pro has been upgraded to $4$ line-tracking sensors, which can identify more complex intersections such as cross-junctions or T-junctions. Data from $4$ line-following sensors can be merged into a single line of analog data to enable PID line inspection. Simultaneously, various sensors and building blocks can also be combined to realize more application scenarios. More versatile with a lithium battery

The newly improved Cutebot Pro no longer requires a lithium battery expansion pack. It operates with a single $18650$ lithium battery (NOT included) that can be charged directly from the robot. Can be expanded with more sensors and building elements

Cutebot Pro adds an extra motor expansion interface and more holes for building elements to add components, such as an arm.
