  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • Prices on our Site are in OMR (Omani Rial) and are subject to change without notice.

  • An order is considered confirmed only once payment is received in full.

  • We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Omannet.

3. Shipping & Delivery (Oman Focus)

  • We ship across Oman. Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for detailed costs, areas covered (e.g., Muscat, Salalah, etc.), and estimated delivery timelines.

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect information.

  • Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, & Warranties

  • Please review our comprehensive Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 14 day return period for unused, unopened kits in original packaging.

  • Digital Courses & Content: Course fees are non-refundable once course materials have been accessed or the course has commenced, except as required by Omani law.

5. Courses & Intellectual Property

  • Course schedules, content, and fees are subject to change.

  • All course materials (videos, documents, code) provided are the intellectual property of Halwa Electronics and are for your personal, educational use only. Redistribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our products and kits safely and responsibly. We are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use.

  • You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., hacking, spreading malware).

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Omani law, Halwa Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
